Todd G. Stone, President & CEO

Todd describes himself as an entrepreneur, small business owner, community advocate and family man.  Todd, who recently turned 40, has lived in Kamloops for 23 years, and is the President & CEO of Kamloops-based iCompass Technologies. He and his wife, Chantelle, have been married for 12 years and are the parents of 3 beautiful daughters.

He has grown his Kamloops-based software company, iCompass, over the past 14 years into the North American leader it is today. His experience with bringing innovative technology to government coupled with strong business and leadership skills have set the foundation for the ongoing growth of iCompass, which now serves over 400 public sector organizations in Canada and the USA, and supports almost 30 families in Kamloops.

Todd has always made time and energy available to give back to his community, serving on a number of Boards, and contributing to many community initiatives and organizations including:

Recently, the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce awarded Todd the distinction of 2012 Business Person of the Year.

 

 


Paul Blanchet, VP Customer Success & Operations

Paul has been leading and growing the operations team at iCompass since joining in 2004. His extensive experience gathered through over 33 years of involvement in dynamic and growing information technology companies, provides effective leadership to iCompass operations for the development and delivery of iCompass' products and services to its rapidly growing customer base.

His focus is on ensuring that the company delivers highly valued services to help iCompass' customers be most effective in their jobs. Paul works closely with all staff members to make sure that they deeply understand our customers' needs, that our products are developed to uniquely provide the industry’s best tools for our customers’ jobs, and that our Grand Slam customer services are known to be the most highly responsive and effective in the industry.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and he is a registered Professional Engineer. He sits on the board of another BC high-growth technology company. Paul shares his love of cooking and of the outdoors with his wife Linda and two children, Matt and Monique.

 


Scott Neufeld, VP Marketing

In 2008 Scott joined the iCompass Technologies team bringing with him over 10 years of experience working with small and large information technology companies including The Active Network, Class Software Solutions and Syntagma Network Services. Through his time with iCompass Scott as worked in various customer services, marketing and leadership roles which has provided Scott with a unique ability to plug into the ‘pulse’ of the marketplace.

Scott’s focus is on driving the iCompass brand throughout our markets, assessment of new markets, and ensuring all products and services are competitive and offer true value for our customers.

He holds a Bachelors of Business Degree from Kamloops' own Thompson Rivers University with concentrations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Information Technology. Scott, his wife Erin, and 3 children enjoy an abundance of outdoor activities in the surrounding areas.

 


Rob Wycherley, Director of Finance and Corporate Administration

Rob Wycherley is iCompass Technologies’ Director of Finance and Corporate Administration.  Rob oversees all aspects of finance, accounting and controllership, including strategic financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit, legal affairs and facilities functions. Rob's primary focus is to ensure financial accountability for all stakeholders.

Rob joined iCompass from Community Futures Thompson Country, where he was the Controller and responsible for finance, administration and federal contract compliance.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in both Finance and Business Economics. He is currently a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia and sits on the Thompson Rivers University Alumni Board of Directors, the Thompson Rivers University Senate, as well as the Community Futures Self Employment Committee.
