Max 20 = Max Benefit
So, I just completed our Max 20 Training and have to say – I came out with a lot more knowledge about our modules than I went in with!
Over 13 months ago I was hired as a receptionist for iCompass and really had no idea how our software services functioned or what each module was meant for. I understood the benefits of having CivicWeb: reducing paper consumption, saving trees, saving money, saving A LOT of time and making the process of creating agendas and managing meetings as seamless and effortless as possible. Beyond my unknowing mind, I couldn’t really tell you much else.
One of my core responsibilities as a receptionist is to make sure that there is always a friendly voice to answer our customers’ calls, and then to direct those calls accordingly. This has proved to be a meaningful experience as I have had the opportunity to engage with a lot of our valued customers but my experience with our CivicWeb suite was still lacking. That’s why when asked if I would participate in the industry’s FASTEST IMPLEMENTATION – our very own Max 20 Training program - I couldn’t say no!
This week’s training experience has been extremely informative, and has given me such a better and clearer understanding of how our services function and how useful they really are. Tara Copeland is a very patient and thorough leader who was able to answer any questions I had about our CivicWeb suite. Just take it from Celia Russell, Director of Operations for Queen’s University who attended Max 20 training with me. Having a better understanding of the functionality of our modules has given me a great boost of confidence and as I continue to build on my experience within each module, I can begin to contribute more and more to our company, valued customers and our fantastic team at iCompass!
